Wendy LaValle, a talented encaustic painter,
                                      volunteer extrodinaire, and wonderful friend,
                                      recently helped organize a Gala for her son's
                                      private school ( Pickering) The event was held
                                      (for ladies only!) at Emerald Hills Golf Club.
                                      I'm seen beside my painting (Tangled Web) which
                                      was on display beside many great paintings -
                                      including Wendy's. I feel honoured to have been
                                      part of the event in some small way.
